That it is impossible to keep the copier free of paper jams. The computer-hard-drive-kick approach also works well on that one too!

And then you'll be glad to hear, I have learned, that the only thing you should ever lie awake at night worrying about, is not retirement or leaving speeches or work but whether or not your family and loved ones are all healthy and your handicap is a good one or your team is winning at football.
